It's the first smile of the morning!

In Mas des Figues , breakfast is a real meal served as a brunch, friendly, an unique experience of varied tastes of  "home" products .

On request we can prepare vegetarian breakfasts, or without gluten or without lactose ..., thank you to inform us in advance .

The farm-inn:

Agritourism , sometimes referred to as agricultural tourism or farm tourism, is a form of tourism whose purpose is to discover the agricultural know-how of a territory, and by extension of the landscape, social practices and culinary specialties from agriculture.

It is in this perspective we propose you  a simple and fresh cook, the right tone, as we dream and as we like. The vegetables are from our  garden, the fruits of the orchard, the meat of our breeding,  olive oil  from our olive grove!

The menus vary according to the productions of the moment.

"" Private cooking lesson My husband and I stumbled upon this wonderful place in St. Remy through our Airbnb host. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon on our honeymoon. We learned all about Provencal cooking and had a tour of the eclectic garden and grounds from our eccentric host, Philippe Michelot and his lovely wife Anne Marie. Our cooking lesson was very informative but not so laborious as Phillipe did much of the leg work. Provencal dishes (olive tapenade, provencal hummus style, aubergine caviare, pesto basil, fresh bread and veggies) Pancakes with tomato sauce / sauce. The conversations, wine and appetizers flowed freely and we ended up with a seasonal fruit crumble and espresso overlooking their beautiful landscape. Almost all ingredients are from Philippe's garden, including his fantastic home made olive oil .... you can feel his passion in everything, thank you Philippe and Anne-Marie ... we will be back! Organization details on request, depending on our availability.

Generally on Wednesday morning to allow you before the course to go around the market of Saint Remy de Provence, but we can also do other days.

Course organization: Appointment at 10h30 am at Mas des figues, welcome coffee and guided tour of the Mas's garden, cooking class until 12.30.

Lunch to enjoy the dishes prepared together at 1 pm, accompanied by local wine.

Price per couple: 290 euros, group rate on request.
